Push-Push Penguin is a remake of Sega's original 1982 arcade game Pengo, at Black Cat we decided to remake Pengo as our entry into the Retro Remakes competition. We chose Pengo because we felt it was the perfect game to update and expand, adding power-ups, a combo system and a more expansive menagerie of bad guys has brought Sega's original concept alive again.

Sounds well, but I need to know the controls before buying the premise. And they make it sound like if they didn't know Metal Slug and arcade games.
Not enormously fond of the visuals, on the other hand.
Cuphead is a classic run and gun that centers around 1-on-1 fights (2-on-1 in two player mode).
With Cuphead, we aim to evolve the genre by adding new features such as: super arts, infinite lives, a playable world map and hidden secrets. In addition to that, we will have refined controls, additional boss patterns on harder modes and balanced weapons to equip (that you don’t lose!). We plan to release 10-15 bosses per episode and end up with over 30 bosses. If all goes as planned, we will defeat the current “Guinness World Record for Most Boss Battles in a Run and Gun Game”[25 total]).

Nintendo Dream is a popular Japanese gaming magazine that interviews developers from time to time. When the Famicom Disk System Selection (the Japanese equivalent of the NES Classic Series) was released, they were able to interview some of the developers at Nintendo who were instrumental in the production of games for this system. The original interview appeared in two parts in Vol. 118 and Vol. 119, released in September 2004. Part 1 contains plenty of brand new information on the creation of Metroid, so it is perfect for fans of this site! Part 2 contains new details on Famicom Tantei Club, a murder mystery written by Yoshio Sakamoto and released only in Japan.

Razion (NG, en preparación)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyByt-9xyMM
Dear NG Dev. Team:
CG graphics need much more than huge sprites and overwhelming animation to be "great". You can't come close to Pulstar's and Blazing Star's visuals just by plagiarizing their technique and motifs; you, more than anything, need to understand the basics of video-game scenography -- what's good art and what's poor or uninspired, usage of color, scene variety, details, monster/ship design, etc. etc. Get good artists once and for all and try to stop the wannabe approach -- it's your fuck'ng fifth game and we're still right there in the same place as with your very first attempt. In this day and age, if you take the derivative route in the mechanics (as you are, no wonder, once again), you need stellar presentation, especially with the money you charge for every game. THIS LOOKS BO-RING. THIS SCREAMS "WAN-NA-BE".
While you're at it, think about your naming and branding practices. "Razion" is ugly. Katakana for its logo is utterly lame.
Yours sincerely,
