Magical Pop'n
I just want to say that I went out and bought this game based on your recommendation, and I was not disappointed. Your review was pretty much spot on.
By the way, do you have any idea what Polestar went on to do? I could not find any information about the company online.

Glad to learn that. Polestar is a quite elusive soft house when you try to find information on it. The only other title I've found them involved in is Kunoichi Torimonochou for the SS, a quite charming sprite-based adventure game. Requires Japanese language skills to get something out of it, though.
